7.4 Alaska Blade Works shall have no liability if any of its products are misused or used in any inappropriate or illegal manner. A user is urged to seek proper training and education regarding the use of any Alaska Blade Works product.

7.5 Knife steel is raw from American Crucible Steel. Steel may show characteristics of raw steel from the factory. This is from the process of how raw steel is manufactured.

  1. Warranty

Alaska Blade Works conducts its business in a proper, honest, and fair manner. Alaska Blade Works products are designed to be used as tools in a broad range of proper-use cutting applications. Like all tools, Alaska Blade Works products require proper maintenance to function and will experience everyday wear and tear through being carried and used. The nature of this everyday wear and tear is subjective, and as such, warranty can only be determined internally through Alaska Blade Works (not through a blanket warranty across all products).

  1. Return & Repair Policy

All custom work completed by Alaska Blade Works is considered a final and non-revocable sale at the option of Alaska Blade Works. All unused, unopened products may be returned within 15 days if done so in the original packaging with all postage pre-paid. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns and warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting Alaska Blade Works’ service department by emailing info@alaskabladeworks.com or by calling the shop at 858-397-2244. No collect calls will be accepted.

All requests for an order cancellation must be submitted via email to info@alaskabladeworks.com or by calling 858-397-2244. No collect calls will be accepted.

  1. Website Terms

Alaska Blade Works strives to accurately describe and represent all products; however, errors may occur. The actual product itself will supersede any description. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Alaska Blade Works reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct any unknown errors in product listings.

  1. Blade and Tool Purchases

Alaska Blade Works ships directly to the address and information given by the customer. The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items.

  1. Lead Times

Alaska Blade Works lead times are estimates, and Alaska Blade Works will make every reasonable effort to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 30 days.

  1. Shipping

Alaska Blade Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Insurance on a package is optional at checkout. All orders over $100 require a signature upon receipt.

  1. Indemnity

Any user/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Alaska Blade Works and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, harm, costs, and other expenses.
